Why I’m In Love –

I’ve used Udi’s® Gluten Free Whole Grain Bread to make some of my favorite dishes. My gluten-free vegetable pancakes are rolled in Udi’s® Gluten Free Whole Grain Bread before they are fried which gives them a crispy seal.  I prefer to eat a vegetable pancake with dairy-free mayo and bacon, sandwiched between – you guessed it, two slices of Udi’s® Gluten Free Bread. Oh, and my favorite gluten and dairy free fish sticks are covered in Udi’s® Gluten Free Bread processed fine with herbs like thyme, rosemary, oregano, and garlic powder. And, you can find more gluten-free recipes in the recipe category.

How do I buy it?

I buy Udi’s® Gluten Free Whole Grain Bread at Whole Foods Market. Udi’s® Gluten Free website offers a very detailed search engine which tells you the closest stores to purchase your favorite product. It’s effortless. Just find your favorite product and select “where to buy.” The website will tell you the closest stores and the address, hours, and directions.

Can I eat it?

Udi’s® Gluten Free Whole Grain Bread is gluten-free, dairy free, nut-free, and soy free. It contains eggs.
