The Pudding Truck offers naturally gluten-free stovetop pudding and artisan toppings. The pudding is made with organic dairy and cage-free eggs. The pudding truck offers three daily flavors and a rotating menu. My personal favorite is the chocolate pudding with bananas and coconut. It’s creamy, addicting, and just perfect. I typically find The Pudding Truck during food events in Los Angeles, food truck festivals, street fairs, and Downtown Los Angeles.
The Allergy Stuff:
The three daily pudding flavors include chocolate, butterscotch, and vanilla bean and are reported to be gluten-free without any toppings. The Pudding Truck occasionally rotates a new flavor and at least one is vegan.
You can find the pudding truck monthly schedule here.
