All of the ingredients at Pink Taco Restaurant and Truck are farm-fresh ingredients and made from scratch in-house. And, Pink Taco reported that all the menu items can be made gluten-free or are naturally gluten-free. I was very pleasantly surprised to hear this great news because I LOVE PINK TACO.
Pink Taco Recommendations:
You can order BRUNCH on the weekends from 11 AM – 3 PM. Happy Hour is every day from 3-7 PM which is the best time to try all the gluten-free tacos on corn tortillas. And, of course, Taco Tuesday serves up your favorite gluten-free tacos for only $3 bucks.
I love the fried lobster tacos. Just make sure to order the gluten-free tacos on corn tortillas. And, I love the PINK TACO. It’s made with chicken, black beans, avocado, salsa, cotija cheese, and pickled onions. One of my other favorites is the APE taco. It’s made with sweet potato and cactus salsa. How is that for a satisfying gluten-free bite? And, if you love spicy food, these are the tacos for you. They all seem to have a little kick.
I’m still making my way around the menu. But, everything is delicious, addicting, and unique. If you love the menu items from the PINK TACO food truck, give the restaurant on Sunset a try. They offer a more extensive menu, but the same great fresh ingredients.
