Have you ever tried a peanut butter rum smoothie? Or, how about a smoothie with alcohol?
Prior to today, I never pondered the idea of mixing peanut butter with alcohol. But, listen up friends, because this smoothie will rock your socks off.
Bom Bom just released their new bottle of Caribbean Rum, Fully Baked. And, it’s made with hemp seed, natural brownie and cookie flavors, and caramel color. And, of course, it’s gluten-free and dairy-free.
Like most people, I naturally thought of mixing peanut butter with Fully Baked since it has a hint of brownie and cookie flavors.
I LOVED the idea of blending three of my favorite smoothie ingredients with Fully Baked.
Bananas. Peanut Butter. Almond Milk. And, rum that tastes like brownies and cookies. OH MY.
And, what do we have?
We have an alcoholic peanut butter smoothie that tastes creamy, thick, icy, and silky smooth.
This peanut butter rum drink is gluten-free, dairy-free, grain free, and loaded with protein. You can try this peanut butter rum smoothie for an after-dinner drink or weekend brunch.
So, the next time your friends come over, make them a peanut butter rum drink, and they will melt like jelly.

A thick peanut butter smoothie with a hint of cookie and brownie flavored rum.
1 cup crushed ice or 8 ice cubes
1 frozen banana
1 cup almond milk
½ cup peanut butter
1–1.5 ounces rum (recommend Bom Bom Fully Baked)
Blend ingredients in the following order: ice, frozen banana, almond milk, peanut butter, and rum on low (number 1) and gradually increase to low-medium (number 4) for one minute.
I recommend peeling and slicing a banana, placing it in a freezer safe container, and then separating the slices before adding them to the blender.
