I purchased my Nima Sensor through Amazon a few months ago, and she’s (Nima is a female right?) changed my life. I feel more confident consuming products that don’t have labels, allergen information or are reported to be “gluten-free” by sales clerks or restaurant employees.

Within three minutes, Nima indicates that the sample is gluten-free by showing us a “smile” or shows us gluten was found by indicating a “wheat symbol.” It’s effortless, and you don’t need a lot of technical expertise to use Nima.
