Catal Restaurant has been my number one spot for lunch and dinner while spending a day at Disney. I started eating at Catal when they opened in 2001, and Catal continues to be my favorite place even with food allergy restrictions. Guests can enjoy a limited number of outdoor tables. And, in the springtime, an outdoor table high above the UVA Bar is my place of serenity in the middle of the day.
The paellas are all gluten-free, and a well-balanced meal you won’t soon forget.

Earl of Sandwich ®
At the time of this posting, Earl of Sandwich ® did not provide gluten-free bread for sandwiches. They offer three tossed salads, which include: earl’s cobb, berry chicken almond, and greek.
Kayla’s Cake is located outside of Starbucks and the World of Disney store. They offer a few gluten-free macaroons.
Naples Ristorante e Pizzeria
At the time of this posting, Naples offers gluten-free pasta for their pasta dishes. And, they do not provide gluten-free pizza crust.
Almost all of the dishes at Rainforest Cafe can be made gluten-free or are naturally gluten-free. I recommend speaking with a kitchen manager before placing your order. Also, I recommend advanced recommendations through Disney Dining for weekends, dinners, and during holidays.
Ralph Brennan’s Jazz Kitchen ®
Ralph Brennan’s Jazz Kitchen is a top favorite. If you love spicy food, this is the place for you.

Sprinkles didn’t forget about gluten-free foodies when they made their menu.
Sprinkles creates a rotating seasonal cupcake, and the blueberry lemon has put a smile on my face. Sometimes, they are gluten-free.
And, they offer the famous “red velvet cupcake” gluten-free upon request. You should see a “G” on the gluten-free cupcakes.
My favorite gluten-free treat is the cookie. You may want a cupcake since it’s “Sprinkles,” but I think the cookie is made extra special for the gluten-free foodie. The cookies are so moist and chewy. You won’t want to share.
Splitsville Luxury Lanes
Splitsville Luxury Lanes is a NEW and exciting addition to Downtown Disney. You can reserve a private bowling lane and try a few gluten-free options. The menu is clearly labeled with allergy symbols, including a GF symbol. With all Disney dining options, the staff is knowledgeable, helpful, and willing to assist with your allergy needs.
The fantasy roll, ahi tuna, and chicken chopped salad are a few popular gluten-free items. My personal favorite is the salmon and broccoli.
Starbucks ® and Starbucks ® West
Who’s excited to see a Starbucks at Disneyland? And, not one but two!
I created a separate post that outlines the Gluten-Free Drinks At Starbucks And Vegan Starbucks Drinks
The UVA BAR and cafe in Downtown Disney serves allergy friendly options all day. I have an obsession with the UVA Street Fries. They are infused with garlic, balanced with white cheddar, and reported to be gluten-free.
Breakfast is served from 8-11 am, and the main menu is served until 11 pm. You can count on them for your next gluten-free bite and drink at the happiest place on earth.
And, don’t let the Disney vibe fool you. The UVA Bar may have your new favorite gluten-free drink. Have you tried an electric lemonade with Titos Vodka?
At the time of this posting, Wetzel’s Pretzels did not offer gluten-free options.
