The representative explained that if the bottle is NGP verified, the distilled vinegar is derived from cane and non-GMO corn, and not from wheat.

It’s made with Organic Tomato Paste (Organic Tomatoes, Salt), Organic Date Puree (Organic Dates, Water, Organic Lemon Juice), Organic Apple Cider Vinegar, Water, Sea Salt, Organic Lemon Juice, Organic Onion Powder, Organic Garlic Powder.
McCormick Frenchs Tomato Ketchup
They report their ketchup is gluten-free (testing to less than 20 parts per million), however, the vinegar they use can be distilled from wheat. While it’s made without corn syrup, artificial colors and flavors, I would not recommend Frenchs Tomato Ketchup.
According to the company, their ketchup does not contain added gluten, however, they do not test for gluten. They also use vinegar distilled that can be derived from gluten-containing grains. I would not recommend Hunt’s ketchup.
You will find the following statement on the FAQ page:
Del Monte: According to their website, the following products do not contain wheat, oats, rye or barley/malt ingredients.
And, ketchup is not listed on the gluten-free product page. I would not recommend Del Monte Ketchup.
Is Heinz Ketchup Gluten Free?
Heinz is considered gluten-free to 20 ppm. A representative reported the vinegar is made from corn and not wheat.

My favorite gluten-free ketchup is Organicville. It’s certified gluten-free and vegan.
