With thousands of restaurants in Las Vegas, how do you choose a restaurant for a special night? And, catering to multiple food allergies can be a daunting task.

Hopefully, you’ll find these lucky 7 to be a hit.

Beauty and Essex – Cosmopolitan Las Vegas

Again, Chris Santos shows us his innovative and creative talent. Cosmopolitan Las Vegas is home to the legendary Beauty and Essex where jewels and jalapenos collide. Upon entry, your eyes will attach to the shiny, sparkly gems and one of a kind charms.

Beauty and Essex provides an allergy-friendly menu with a variety of gluten-free dishes that are perfect for sharing. Guests gluten-free favorites include Thai Style Deep Fried Shrimp and KYGO Cloud Nine S’mores.

Beauty and Essex is a great spot for your next date with your spouse, bachelorette or bachelor dinner party. Reservations are highly recommended.

2 The Juice Standard – Cosmopolitan Las Vegas

Where can you drink at 6 am and not feel guilty? Las Vegas. But where?

The juice standard offers smoothies, cold pressed juices, and cocktails. The Juice Standard is my favorite place to eat breakfast before and after a workout in Las Vegas. They offer dairy free nut milk, vegan bites, cold pressed juices, and smoothies. Many of these are immunity boosting, meal replacements, and offer the best nutrition in a bottle. “Bee Happy” compares to a dairy-free chocolate milk with cacao, honey, and nuts.

Don’t forget to check out homemade dairy-free chocolate milk at chewthisup.com.

The Juice Standard is a great spot to get breakfast, the morning after a long night for extra hydration. Or, maybe try a cocktail before dinner?

Jaleo– Cosmopolitan Las Vegas

Jaleo offers guests Spanish cuisine and tapas, and many of them are gluten-free.

Jaleo is not only a great place to share tapas, but Jaleo offers entertainment spaces for dinner parties, receptions, and any large party who wants to share gluten-free tapas.

The patatas bravas is a Jaleo favorite with spicy tomato sauce and ideal for sharing with a group of three or more. And, for the adventurous foodies, the Aceitunas rellenas y aceitunas ‘Ferran Adrià’ (Olives stuffed with anchovy and piquillo and ‘Ferran Adrià’ liquid olives) are a great gluten-free find.

Jaleo can be a quieter restaurant and a great spot for a date night. If you are looking for a unique food offering, Jaleo offers paella classes with Chef Luis Montesinos. One of my favorite offerings at Jaleo is the goat and sheep milk cheeses.

Make your next reservation for lunch or dinner at Jaleo in the Cosmopolitan Las Vegas.

Andrea’s – Wynn Las Vegas

Andrea’s sophisticated décor and relaxed ambiance create the best atmosphere for a relaxing evening with your favorite partner.

Andreas offers an allergy friendly menu with 8 of the most common food allergies noted. Andrea’s clarifies the tastiest Asian dishes for every allergen with a well-rounded menu and knowledgeable staff.

A few indoor alcoves are available for additional privacy and are available by reservation only. The shrimp and lobster sauce is one of my favorite gluten-free, high protein Asian meals.

Try Andrea’s for your next allergy friendly date night.

5  Harvest – Bellagio Las Vegas

Harvest displays a clear open kitchen and large tables that are perfect for sharing colorful dishes. It’s positioned near the garden and spa making it a perfect balance for a healthy day at Bellagio. Or, maybe a spa and lunch date with your favorite girlfriend?

The spring market vegetables with yogurt sauce are creamy and a great pairing for the ocean and land dishes. The sides are medium size and enough for 2-4 people to share. For a party of four, I would recommend 2-3 salads or sides, and 3-4 main dishes. All of your food allergy concerns can be addressed at Harvest.

Everyone in my party enjoyed the sauce that is paired with the truffle parmesan fries. They are addicting. Give Harvest a chance the next time you stop and watch the perfectly orchestrated fountain show. I’m dreaming about them opening for lunch…

Sinatra – Encore Wynn Las Vegas

Sinatra lies in Encore across from Fashion Show Mall and serves my favorite gluten-free mushroom risotto with shrimp and asparagus. Most of the dishes are reported to be gluten-free including the pasta dishes.

I truly enjoy a chef who attends to small details, and he created gluten-free bread muffins. Paired with unique spreads, they are unforgettable and a treat before any dish at Sinatra.

The calm atmosphere, beautiful decor, and outstanding service make Sinatra a memorable date night.

7 Costa Di Mare – Wynn Las Vegas

florentine-porterhouse-las vegas-gluten-free-cosmopolitan las evgas-las vegas blvd las vegas-date night.jpg.

Costa Di Mare displays a beautiful selection of seafood imported from Italy. The seafood cart takes a gentle stroll to your table. And, you can select your preferred seafood by a simple point. Beware – some of the seafood is still alive…but of course, gluten-free.

Branzino was our choice of fish for the evening. The seafood will be delivered to your table on a silver platter and served tableside. Don’t forget your cameras.

Seafood dishes are served with vegetables and potatoes.

Costa Di Mare serves an impressive 40-ounce grilled bone-in Porterhouse served Florentine style with greens, olive oil, and salt. If a 40-ounce slab of meat is on your bucket list, this is the place to check it off.

Costa Di Mare offers numerous gluten-free seafood plates of pasta. Spaghetti with rock lobster and spicy tomato sauce is highly recommended.

The prawn soup with tomato and zucchini is a low-calorie gluten-free seafood appetizer that is a great pairing with any seafood dish.

My group enjoyed all the salads at Costa Di Mare. And, the Insalata Mista was the favorite. All the salads are well balanced and portioned for 1-2 people.

Costa Di Mare can accommodate large parties outside in private cabanas. Or, your girlfriend’s enormous appetite for gluten-free food.
