I recently discovered Bom Bom products. And, the CoCo Mochanut is infused with chocolate, coffee, and coconut flavors. So, I plan on making desserts and drinks. Sounds amazing, right?

I thought so. And, here is the first recipe. A five ingredient easy spiked hot cocoa. It’s vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, and flavorful.

Finding vegan and gluten-free chocolate bars can be hard. So I’ve outlined a few favorites that work well with this recipe.

Easy Spiked Hot Cocoa (Gluten-Free)

Ingredients

26 ounces unflavored almond milk

2-ounces gluten-free and vegan dark or rice milk chocolate, (or other preferred chocolate)

2 Tablespoons Bom Bom Coco Mochanut Caribbean Rum, (or other preferred rum)

1 ½ teaspoons gluten-free and vegan chocolate cocoa, (or other preferred cocoa)

1 teaspoon cinnamon


Instructions

Heat milk over medium heat in a small pot. Then, reduce heat to low-medium, add the dark chocolate, and whisk the chocolate into the milk. Add rum, cocoa and cinnamon and continue whisking until incorporated, about 2 minutes. Simmer for about one minute and serve immediately.
