Ingredients

Pumpkin Pie Smoothie Ingredients:

1 cup cashew milk

half frozen banana

¼ cup pumpkin puree

2 Tablespoons cashew butter

2 Tablespoons maple syrup


Instructions

Blend cashew milk, frozen banana, pumpkin puree, cashew butter and maple syrup in a blender or Vitamix gradually increasing the speed from low to high over 90 seconds. Serve immediately.
